Journal Entry 1 by elisabethlily from Brisbane, Queensland Australia on Thursday, December 01, 2005
A great book that I will re read in the future. I have already lent this out to others who have enjoyed it and bought their own copy! The only section that I don't quite feel sold by is the final chapter, which deals with issues I face and understand on an everyday level. This is a copy for a bookring (Australia only) PM me if interested. To go to Caldron 9moons Viola 7 elisabethlily

Received from elisabethlily today (with thanks!) I enjoyed Gladwell's "Tipping Point", so I am looking forward to reading this . .

A very interesting & thought provoking read . . Gladwell seldom disappoints. Once again a concise, well articulated argument presented in a compelling narrative. (Of course now I'm going to have to order Kenna's 'New Sacred Cow' or whatever the album's called from Amazon . . ) Thank you for sharing elisabethlily. Now off to 9moons! (edit ~ exchanging at the Brisbane Xmas Party today 18/12)

Journal Entry 4 by 9moons from Brisbane, Queensland Australia on Monday, January 30, 2006
A fascinating read about gut instincts/ first impressions/ snap judgements/ call it what you will. Sometimes they're natural and right and good. And sometimes they're not!! Loads of interesting case studies and examples. Off to Viola7 next.

Received from 9moons when I came back from a week away. It looks even more interesting and useful than The Tipping Point!

Journal Entry 6 by Viola7 from Brisbane, Queensland Australia on Sunday, March 05, 2006
This was a very interesting book about the importance of making snap decisions, and being able to make the right ones! The problem with this book is that while it has a lot of examples, I didn't think the author actually told readers how to do it. That's a lot to expect, though.

Thanks to Viola7 for returning this. I will reread it again in the next few months, but if anyone wants to read it again or a friend does, let me know!
