Oh my, it has taken a while, but I finally read this book in November. I thought it started a bit slow, but once the story moved to France, I quite enjoyed it. It's also, by accident, the 2nd book I've read this autumn that somehow deals with WW2 in France, so it was interesting to get a different perspective. The love story between Peter and Charlotte is somehow not quite believable for me, but the book is well written and has a lot of other interesting characters.

I'm now sending it to a friend, and I hope she enjoys it! :)

I did not really get into this one, no my cup of tea which was disappointing as I´ve been wanting to read this one for a while!!
