This is a fast moving story of a Frenchman, and his subsequent family, set in a special time of American History, using actual historical events in the 1700's, leading up to the actual Louisana Purchase by the United States, from France. A. E. Hotchner had written a very intruiging and believable novel, one that is captivating and very difficult to put down! CAUGHT IN FESTUS MISSOURI USA
