Schoolboys are disappearing all over Aberystwyth and nobody knows why. Louie Knight the towns private investigator, soon realises that it is going to take more than a double ripple from Sospan, the philosopher cum ice cream seller, to help find out what is happening to these boys and whether or not Lovespoon, the Welsh teacher, Grand Wizard of the Druids and controller of the twon, is more than just a sinister bully. And just who was Gwenno Guevana?
Hooray ;-)
I bought Last Tango in Aberystwyth at a book sale, not realizing it was preceded by Aberystwyth Mon Amour, which I then could not find in a Dutch bookstore. Long, long ago I visited Aberystwyth with our school orchestra. That's why I couldn't resist the title at the book sale.
Thanks to BookCrossing and Milliejinx, I now have a copy of Aberystwyth Mon Amour. Great trade.
Did you receive Q&A? It still has the status travelling on my bookshelf.

Great read. Bizarre mix of Chandleresque story-telling, druids, Patagonia, twilight zone, idiotic anecdotes, splendid.
I'm looking forward to reading the sequels!

Will be sent to Necroscope, who sent me some lengthy PM and my guess is this is the thing he's after. He'll just have to wait till I get round to going to the post office.
