Picked this up at the Kingston meet up this week - despite what you said about it Lolly!! Will let you know what I thought when it makes it to the top of my "to read" pile. Thanks for the book and great to meet you the other night.

Picked up at Kingston meetup. I *did* only pick it up cos Ethan Hawke wrote it - I want to see what sort of writer he is (at least it's not very thick!! :-)
Oh deary...
I think Ethan should stick to acting. This is one of the most tedious books I've read recently.
Am sending this as a RABCK to SallaH. I hope she can enjoy it more than I did!! :-)

Received the book from KLL in the post (thanks)! :) I read the Finnish translation of this book a couple of years ago since the original text was a bit tricky to find at that point for some reason... I quite liked it, but I can't remember much about it. Looking forward to reading this!
OK, I have now re-read the book in English this time. It wasn't bad per se, but it wasn't as good as I remembered, unfortunately... In certain ways it's a very human text, though, which I liked.
I am returning (or forwarding I guess) the RABCK favour and sending the book on to tagesmann! Enjoy! :)
