"The only books that influence are those for which we are ready, and which have gone a little farther down our particular path than we have yet to go ourselves."
the only books that go in this box are ones that are wished for by 15 or more people. You can verify this by going to cliff's site and doing a search on the book in question.
When you receive the box journal the box itself, take out the ones you want and journal them.Choose one of them to start a bookray with, and post it in this thread. Replace the books you took with an equal amount of books that people are lusting after --they don't have to be in the top 100---only a "hot" book--and you check that by doing a search at Cliff's site. Type in the book you want to put in, and if 15 or more names come up as having the book on a wishlist, then by all means, include the book. :)
for a little twist of fun-- I encourage you to check out the wishlist of the person after you.
addendum: remember you don't have to read the books before you send the box on :) Keep it no more than two weeks, and if the box is tattered by the time it gets to you, please replace it.
addendum #2: please make sure that all of mine get taken out before it comes back to me--I don't care if you PC it, wild-release it, give it to a friend, whatever--I want to make sure my books and the OBCZ books go out into the world. So please, help me library the world!
Thanks!

*NOTE* release the bookbox (or make a journal entry, I don't care which) AND release each individual book that you put into the box.
For those of you who aren't sure how to do it, here's how I do it: Release Country: "Controlled Releases" State/Province: "Bookbox" City: Abbynormal's wishlist bookbox" Crossing Zone: Abbynormal's Wishlist bookbox
*Note #2* I'm sure you all want to keep this moving, so please know that I'll be checking each shelf and the fora to make sure no one has problems getting books mailed. If for any reason you think you might have a problem after the box is moving, please PM me so I can either put you further down the list, or set your name aside for the next bookbox. (and there will be one!)

The box has arrived! My husband was so excited, he thought it was a birthday gift. I felt so bad telling him it was bookcrossing books... But I was happy! Umm.. Abby it looks like all of your original books have moved on, so I don't have to take any out to wild release them for you. I will take the book set aside for me, Blue Highways. Thank you! I will also take the paperback of Gone with the Wind and Q is for Quarry to relay or wild release. I am putting in: Faking It by Jennifer Crusie for sabeena29 Atonemnet by Iam McEwan for morsecode How to be Good by Nick Hornby
I sure would have liked reading Salem Falls, but my tbr and to be sent out is a tall stack already... So, as the good bookcrosser I aspire to be I am sending out this box today to squirel. I also left the knitting needle in there. Just to puzzle other bcers as it did to me! ;)
*laughing to myself* ok... so THAT'S where my orange knitting needle is.... My daughter was playing "conductor of a band" with it and.... *sighs* oh never mind. She's four. You understand.
Received in the mail on Friday. Hurray! I am taking the two books meant for me and I am off to check out others wishlists to see what I will put in. This was a great idea! Thanks for the books!
ok I'm going to turn both books I took into rings. I posted in the forims but there are no takers yet. I'm sending this out today and I'm adding cofessions of an ugly stepsister and bel canto. Abby, I would love to participate in your next box, this was so much fun! Enjoy all!

Can't wait to check out the books! I have a pile of books ready to swap in, maybe I'd better double check that they still have 15 wishes ;-)
