Found this one while wandering around Goodwill. It's in pretty good shape, and looks very interesting :)

A little bit about this book's history: there's a Barnes & Noble receipt in it for this book -- purchased with a gift card!

Taking this one with me on a trip to Oberhausen, Germany (with a few stops in between). Who knows where I'll leave it, but I wanted to at least make this note before it gets in the suitcase :)

And a bonus because I'm nuts -- here's my "travel plan for books".

Journal Entry 3 by Antof9 from Lakewood, Colorado USA on Wednesday, February 6, 2008
Finished this morning and will write journal entry later. Just wanted to reserve the space because I'm hoping to hand this off to someone so I don't have to take it back home with me. It's about corrupt American politicians, so I don't really want to give it to a German national! Fortunately, there are lots of American volunteers here at the conference, so I should be able to hand it to one of them :)

Edited 3/3 to add my "book review":
Interesting, if a little predictable. Along the lines of books like "Rainbow Six" and Ludlum, it kept my interest but didn't keep me up all night :) As is often the case with politicall stuff like this, the twists and turns of the actual information and bribery, etc., was hard to follow. Fortunately, that wasn't the actual story, as that was just the means to the end.

Loved the Lee Adams character, as I was supposed to. Also loved the fact that Brooke was actually named Brooklyn :)

Didn't feel fully satisfied by the ending, but at least it wrapped up neatly and we could assume "happily ever after". I did like the play on the name in the title of the book.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

RELEASE NOTES:

Left this in the Internet lounge of the hotel, on the second floor. I was hoping to hand it to someone, but our flight was earlier than almost every one else's, so not too many people were up and about when we left!

The yellow sticky note I left on the book did have "I'm free!" in many languages, so I hope it was found by someone who will enjoy it.

If you are new to BookCrossing and find this book and this site; welcome! Enjoy the site, the book and hopefully the BookCrossing community.
