This sequel to "Inkheart" is again beautifully written (best read aloud) and again has a wonderful quotation for each chapter, which will make you want to read all these other books too. This time, the story is set in Dustfinger's world where Fenoglio, the author of "Inkheart", has now been living for a year or so. Quite a lot of the other characters will follow him into the medieval world where all kinds of adventures are waiting for them.

I'd be happy to share this book with as many of you as possible and will make it an international bookring.

This is the list for the time being:

What a surprise! I'd thought this book was lost in limbo, but it arrived beautifully wrapped and what a gorgeous book it is.

Thanks so much, I'll be happy to read this one after I finish "I Capture the Castle" by Dodie Smith, a very enigmatic and atmospheric book. My only question is, who gets Inkspell next? Is it Sternschnuppe28, or Sunshinedreamr? That's a big chunk of list that's been skipped...

Many thanks. :)

Wow, a very good book with a fabulous ending that sets us up nicely for the next in the series. Still, a bit long for my tastes! I found it a bit of a slog, wondering when it was going to end - plenty of action, and it didn't have any quiet periods to kind of balance it so for me it was hard work.

Silverstarry tells me that it's possible this copy will remain as a Europe bookring, and another bookring will be staying in America, so the two may be shuffled and split - until that time, I'll keep the book safe. I can post it as soon as I have news. :)

I'm told that this copy should stay in Europe, so this one will be going to Lillykai when I have an address. :) I've had to send something to her address before, but I don't keep addresses! Will be on its way soon. :)

Just finished reading Inkspell.
It was very exciting, could hardly put it down, but I thought it dragged on a bit.
It was a really nice book, I'd love to have a copy of my own.
Passing it on to moonpixie.

I kept the book quite a while, because not only myself, but also my surrounding read it (my Mom & best friend). We all enjoyed it pretty much. "Inkspell" is a compelling sequel to "Inkheart". I especially like the quotations at the beginning of each chapter and the further development of the characters. Now I am already curious about the last book in the triology.

Thanks again, dear ink-heart, for sharing. I sent the book back home today.

Wow! There was a time when I wouldn't have expected to ever see the book again; and now it's back home! :o))) Thank you to everybody for treating it so well. This might be enough motivation for me to start another bookring with the sequel. ;o) The German version is due in October; and I don't think it will take too much time for the English one to be published.
