Came in the post today and have been inspected by my cats.I’m so happy to be able to read this book again, it must be about 30 years since I read it in Swedish and I loved it. After that, I haven’t seen it but I have thought about it several times and wondered if I ever would get to read it again. Now I am very exited, am I going to love it as much as I did when I was young?

I have read the book, slowly, wanted it to last long. :)
The author describes how cats act in a way that seems almost scientific; he must have made a lot of studies.
But the book is not at all a scientific article; no it’s a warm and also sad story about the life of cats.

Alvhyttan gave me this book when we met for the first time in Karlskoga. We had a lovely talk together with stormon! I look forward to reading the book - I have never heard of it and it seams to be a very special story.
Such a lovely book! I really enjoyed it and I agree with Alvhyttan that the writer must have studied cats a lot, because he describes how they act so well. I grew up with a lot of cats and I recognized the teachings of Jennie, aspecially "When in doubt - wash". Cats do always seem to wash - when they're happy, sad, embarrassed or scared. The love between Jennie and Peter reminds me of two cats at my parents' home - Kasper and Humlan (Bumble-bee) - they both passed away earlier this year - but they shared such a special love for each other just like Peter and Jennie. I do miss them.
I'll send this book to a true cat-lover - I'm not sure if she has read it already, but if she has, I'm sure she'll pass it on to another lover of cats.

Vilken överraskning och vilket underbart bokfordral.....Ja jag är en äktakattvän och det ska bli spännande att läsa den på engelska dessutom :-) vilket väl kanske blir en utmaning ,men en trevlig sådan
