Chobits is one of the most wonderful series out there! The back cover reads like this:

Chi isn't your average humanoid computer. She can't do word processing, she can't connect to the internet, and she's incapable of networking with other persocoms. Even her sound card seems broken. No wonder Hideki found her tied up in a pile of trash. But when the 19-year-old technophobe takes her home, he finds that she may be more advanced than her childlike behaviour lets on.

It's a good summary, but, to elaborate...
Hideki is a nineteen-year-old virgin with a crappy job holding him up until he can get out of cram school and into college. He is also a porn junkie. Thus, when he finds a naked, attractive persocom tied up in the garbage, he takes it home! Sadly, it seems broken. But he soon finds out that Chi may be advanced rather than disabled...

Sexuality -- YES. From nude Chi, to Hideki's porn, to wondering what cup size underclassman Yumi is, Chobits is really and truly a shounen manga.
