I loved this. It was quirky, unusual, funny dark and scary. Lots of description of Iceland which draws you in and lulls you into a false sense of security so you forget about the rest of the title!
Going to pass it on to Anne because she's been to Iceland.

Was passed this by Mai-day as I've been on holiday to Iceland. I'm looking forward to reading it very soon!
I was passed this book a long time ago by Mai Day as I have been on holiday to Iceland. I finally got around to reading it on this holiday to Cornwall and couldn't put it down!
The Killer's Guide to Iceland gives a great insight into the lure of Iceland and how Iceland manages to remain different compared to an increasingly common global culture/ americanisation. As the principal character, Callum, is an outsider, we as readers are given an insight into the quirks of Icelandic culture. The pace and tension increased at just the right pace to keep me up into the early hours and demanding that we find a coffee-shop for me to get to the end of the novel asap the following day. I was hoping that the ending woudn't disappoint- it didn't!
This is now travelling to friends who've also travelled to Iceland and who I'm also trying to introduce to Bookcrossing. I hope they enjoy it as much as I did. Thanks very much Mai Day!
