From Amazon:

"When he was a foetus, Elvis used to wait till his mom was asleep, carefully remove his umbilical cord, sneak out of her insides and head off into town". This work provides a collection of inventive, hilarious and sick stories about Elvis.

RELEASE NOTES:

This is a very strange little book that reminded me a little of Dan Rhodes' Anthropology. However, this collection of Elvis-themed tales is much sicker than Anthropology. Some of these stories made me laugh out loud (especially the gang warfare between Elvis and Led Zeppelin) but it was often slightly uncomfortable laughter.

Not for those with a delicate stomach!

I was going to release it at Brew OBCZ today, but managed to convince bookfrogster to give it a whirl instead.

Flajol is quite right, this book is bonkers and all a bit strange. I'm going to see if anyone at the meet-up wants to read it and if not, who knows where it will end up.

What. The. Hell?

This must be the weirdest thing I've ever seen in print. I can't help but find it disturbing to think someone actually sat down to write this and then someone else thought it would be a perfectly good idea to publish it.
I'm almost tempted to call it sick.

Wow! That was quick! I'll read this one and insert it into the Bizarre Bookring (we all have a pretty weird sense of humor). Growing up in the South, I have a kind of perverse love of Elvis fables. I'll see what I think of these... Thanks for the trade!
