Journal Entry 3 by wingAnonymousFinderwing on Thursday, May 25, 2006
I found this book at B&D Burgers on Abercorn near Lowe's & Home Depot on May 20, 2006 just before 6p.m. The hostess and a bartender didn't know about the book being there. Finally I spoke to the manager who remembered seeing it and retrieved it from their lost and found. They all thought it was a lost book.

I had never read a medical thriller or anything by Gwen Hunter before. This book was a good read. The case at the heart of the plot reminded me of the 1980s miniseries "Chiefs" set in the fictional town of Delano, Georgia.

Released inside Panera Bread in Savannah on White Bluff Road near the Oglethorpe Mall on May 25, 2006 around 2:15p.m. It was put on the newspaper rack near the front door. It now has a post-it note on the front saying "I'm not lost, I'm on a journey! Take me with you, read me then set me free again. Look inside my cover to learn more about me". Hopefully the next person to find it will get the message.

P.S. for tempestsans: I did see the Savannah Morning News article about bookcrossing and had never heard of bookcrossing before reading it. Two more of your books have been located. As of May 24, the owners of the Silly Mad Coffee & Internet Cafe were reading the book you left there. As of May 25, the manager of Sonic on Montgomery Crossroads had found the book you left there. Unfortunately, it appears it was thrown away. He thought it was lost, had been sitting on his desk for a week and said that none of the employees claimed it. He couldn't remember the title or author but knew it was a paperback. If yours was the book that was thrown away, I'm sorry! At least know that I had asked about it and the one at the Silly Mad Coffee and Internet Cafe.
