I read this some time ago and remember really enjoying it. A murder mystery in a monastry...
I picked this book up at the Nottingham meet up today. I saw this much publicised film many years ago with Sean Connery but thought it very overrated! I am told the book is much better so I shall give it a go!
I found this book very difficult to read. Taken down to it's very basics it is a mediaeval whodunnit but it does digress alot and I had to skim over alot of the religious ramblings.
Not really my kind of book.
