Fluke: Or, I Know Why the Winged Whale Sings **MIA BOOKRING**

4 journalers for this copy...
I got this one probably six months ago at the library bookstore. It's sat, unregistered, and unread until today. What a great book! Don't think I've ever read one quite like it except for the account of Jonah in the bible. I'll definately keep my eye out for more of his books.

Releasing to my sister, TJRoth, to start the ring.
Received in the mail today. I will get started on it in a couple of days as I am currently reading Catch Me If You Can. Thanks big sis!
I couldn't get this one started so I need to get it moving.
Well after a slow start for me...I finished this book. Once I got going on it, I had to finish to find out what happens to Nate and the Snowy Biscuit. Guess that I will never look at whales the same! Mailing of to tnkbl today.
This arrived on Friday, thanks! I have already started reading it and will check in again when I'm done.
This book was so fun! I really enjoyed it. I liked the combination of comedy, romance, and science fiction. And not only was it fun, but it had a good message too. Great read!
Update 10/24/05: Sent off to ldpaulson today.

So very eager to read this. Why, o! why are there so many books in line ahead of FLUKE?
Thanks again LGinder for initiating yet another great ring!
Thanks again LGinder for initiating yet another great ring!
An absolutely delightful read, FLUKE is among my top three books by Christopher Moore. Amazing how his work keeps getting better and better and ... what will he think of to write about next?
Still waiting to hear from the next BookCrosser in this ring.

This bookring may be MIA. I've tried PM'ing jennifer671 and get no response back .... crossing my fingers it's just delayed in the mail.
Booksnbeer, way over in Virginia, will be sending his copy of Fluke to the remaining 3 readers. Who knows, someday my original copy might resurface! The graciousness of the majority of Book Crossers way outweighs the bad ones!
