Journal Entry 1 by Kenza78 from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire United Kingdom on Saturday, August 20, 2005
it's very, very Adrian Mole. The plot of the book happens around the oblivious narrator, the humour coming both from the actions of the other characters and the narrator's interpretations of those actions. There are poignant moments amongst the humour - the narrator is a teenager with severe Asperger's syndrome, so he often misses generosity, attemps to make up for past hurts, attempts to explain complex human interactions... It's good, but I have no regrets about sending this one on its journey...

I really enjoyed this - I thought the author got right into Christopher's head. I have no idea whether or not it's an accurate representation of Aspergers, but the voice of Christopher as narrator certainly rings true for me.

Journal Entry 7 by earlic from Pune, Maharashtra India on Thursday, April 06, 2006
I received this book in the mail as a surprise from my favourite cousin Sanya...and it really hit me hard. Amidst the humour, there's something really freaky about the protagonist, a 15 year old boy who has Asperger's Syndrome. I'm saying freaky because I kinda related to him during some points in the book, and it set me wondering whether...well, you get the point... ...which, by the way, is the reason I'm giving it an 8 on 10. And yes Sanya, you got me hooked (or should I say booked) on to BookCrossing :D

Journal Entry 10 by Bellefille from Pune, Maharashtra India on Wednesday, August 08, 2007
I got hold of this book at a coffee shop. Initially, I found it to be a bit boring...but after covering a few chapters, after getting a hang of it, I started enjoyed the book and I must say, today I appreciate the way it has been written. The detailing of the characters, Christopher's logical thinking, the little drawings, maps... WOW, it is nothing but amazing. The book is a 'must read' and I am going to release it shortly...
