I had already seen the movie prior to reading this book. So as I was reading it, I was familiar with the story, which I actually liked. Then half way thru the book the story that was used for the movie ended. It almost felt like reading the sequel to the movie. And although it was nice to find out what happens after the movie ended, the book's personality changed. But in the end the book concluded a little different than the movie. I think I like the movie's ending.
