I really don't know what to say about this book other than I LOVED it. It's one of those books that just doesn't seem to lend itself to explanation. I will buy a copy of it for my PC. I read this book as my "N" book for the ABC New Author Challenge, and Nouwen is definitely an author whose books I will seek out. Thanks so much for sharing, booklady331!

I'm about halfway through Life of the Beloved, and it is a a very meaningful and valuable book. I had not read any of Henri Nouwen's books before this, but I will now look for more. He writes from his heart about how to be a happy and fulfilled child of God.
