Anyone on a gluten-free diet (or who has ever tried to cook for someone who is) will know it can be very difficult to find gluten-free recipes that actually taste good, or that are suitable for everyday cooking. My personal gripe with a lot of GF cookbooks is that the aim is to provide replacement recipes for non-GF foods like bread, cake and cookies. Useful, but not exactly helpful when you're trying to put together a meal!
I'm putting together a folder with a few of my personal favourite recipes, and will send it out in a ring for fellow BookCrossers to enjoy - the idea is to copy out the recipes you're interested in, add a couple of your own, and keep it going. This ring won't end when it gets back to me - I'll just send on out again on another lap. Hopefully we'll just keep going until we can't eat any more!

My aim is to make a collection of recipes and hints for tasty food for the whole family, not just 'special' food for the one with the temperamental tummy. So by all means include the recipe for great GF chocolate cake or crusty bread, but don't forget that recipe for that spicy vegetable curry, the creamy chicken risotto, the delicious strawberry mousse, or the brilliant pumpkin soup (I could go on...)!
