I picked this up Saturday the 16th at Borders in Houston, I'm halfway through and typing this in at work. I can't wait for the work day to end so I can go home and read the rest. Of course I love it so far.
I picked it up Saturday morning the day it went on sale and finished reading it Tuesday night. Loved it. I don't think Snape is evil, I think he did what Dumbledore required of him in that particular situation. As far as the initials on the dark lord note, I have two theroies - one is Regalus Black but it may also be the initials of a nickname (like the half blood prince) and I don't know what the initials mean but I have an idea of who it might be. But I'm probablly wrong as it's a bit far fetched.
