Everything you never wanted to know about cabbages and were afraid someone might ask...
References to the Almanak appear in many of the Discworld books (usually in connection with an outhouse), so it was inevitable that one would appear in Roundworld. Like most of the Discworld diaries that have appeared over the years, it is perfectly functional as a Roundworld diary, but you wouldn't really want to spoil it by writing in it. This one's got a lot more introductory text than the previous diaries, although unfortunately it's of variable quality (even Terry Pratchett can't make a full year's worth of astrology fun).
It's still going in my permanent collection, though.
