Plain Truth
3 journalers for this copy...
An interesting read, though not as gripping or thought-provoking as "My Sister's Keeper".
The story focuses on the trial of an Amish girl for murder after the body of a newborn baby is found in a barn. The story unfolds gradually, and the reader does come to care about what happens to the characters involved. There are enough twists and turns to keep the story interesting, but no big "shock" ending like there was with "My Sister's Keeper".
Overall a good read, and I'll definitely read more Picoult books in the future.
