This is a cute mini-book that was sent to me by another BCer. Thank you, wss4! This and a couple other little childern's books were not registered as BC books, so I am going to go ahead and register them myself. I will read this and pass it on.

Journal Entry 2 by guinaveve from Mason, Ohio USA on Tuesday, August 30, 2005
This book was a cute quick read. Some of the stories are very inspiring. I kind of find the one offensive about the man with cancer though. He says he is going to live longer than his wife and ends up living for 17 years with cancer that should have killed him in 6 months. That is a lovely miracle, but the passage implies that he did it for his wife, so he would not leave Earth before her. That is all well and good I suppose, but sometimes a disease just kills you. That speaks nothing of your character, just the nature of the disease. The rest of the stories were very inspirational and sweet. I particularly liked the one that included the fable of the nomads with their pebbles. I am going to save this book for a release challenge I am doing for the winter holidays.
