Because there were problems with the release note (which made 4 copies and cannot be deleted) I held up on releasing this book, hoping that the problem could be corrected by tech support. I am making this journal entry to take the book out of the wild and off of the "go hunting" list, since I didn't release it as planned after discovering the problem. I will try releasing it again soon.
