Polo instructor Nicholas Kaharcheck senses danger the minute he sees Billie Pearce. She represents everrythings he's so srtfully avoided. Happy in her home llife, a divorced mother of two, Billie is the epitome of stability. They have nothing in common.

To his horror, Nick is fascinated - and irresistibly attracted. When Billie generously offers to share her home with Nick's carzy cousin Deedee for a while, Nick finds himself visiting - often. And while each is slowly seduced by the other's charms, and both are wildly encouraged by devious Deedee, Billie and Nick find out that what they have in common is most important of all. But neither one knows that danger is lurking where they least expect it and a killer is closing in on them.

RELEASE NOTES:

Ok this is the story - I sent this and another book off to Camis as a RABCK, but, dunderhead that I am, I forgot to register them first. They have labels in them so I am guessing at which book belongs to which BCID number. If this number doesn't match this book, please let me know and I'll try to fix it.

After all that, I hope you like the book.

Journal Entry 7 by MissBagpuss from Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire United Kingdom on Thursday, December 1, 2005
received with Full House. looking forward to trying out an author i've never read before.

EDITED 27TH JUNE: i enjoyed this much more than the first book in the series, because this one was more of a mystery/thriller type of story whereas full house was more of a romance.

i have to admit though i didnt like either of them enough to deliberately search out more in the series, but if they came my way i would read them.

EDITED 1ST JULY: given to purplerosebud at the uncon

Thanks for bringing this along to the Uncon for me. I'm looking forward to reading it as I love the Stephanie Plum series.

A nice, light easy to read murder mystery from Janet Evanovich and Charlotte Hughes. A bit chic lit, not quite in the leaque of Stephanie Plum but definately worth a read. I've now read 1 and 2 in the series and have later ones on Mt TBR so I look forward to reading them soon.

Going off to Red_Kite who won this book in a book swap game.
