what I have learnt about myself .... I don't do audio books, my children love them, listening avidly for hours in bed, in the car ... they have discovered the land of Narnia, Just William, Harry Potter .... Me I fall asleep !!
Tried listening during the day while pottering round in the kitchen, I found myself too distracted and didn't feel I was " hearing " the book, so had a couple of early nights to listen ... fell asleep, back to during the day sat on the sofa ... woke up at end of side 1 !!
I was really looking forward to "reading" this book, guess I will just have to do it the traditional way.
Thanks for sharing this round, will send on as soon as I have an address.

I have always had a bit of a problem with audio books, but thought I would have one more try.
It is not that the story is not interesting--I read the book some time ago and it is great---or that it is not well read, that is good too, it's me.
No matter how hard I try my mind wanders, then I have to rewind and see what I missed.

I shall have to stick with the traditional method of reading I think, but thanks for giving me the oppurtunity for having one last try.
PMing next recipient now and this should be on its way at the weekend.
