Really enjoyed reading this book, didn't want to put it down. I found the ending very sad. I will look out for more of his books to read.

Picked this up at the Talisman pub last night. I don't know any of Nicholas Sparks books (or films), but I have seen a lot of them appearing on relays, rings etc., so this is my chance to find out.

And now I've found out about Nicholas Sparks, and I'm afriad he isn't to my taste. I could just about cope with romance in some circumstances but not with such a far-fetched plot, though it's probably not the worst book I've ever read. I did actually finish it so it has something going for it!

I see it has arrived here in France all the way from Toronto. Best wishes for the Convention!

Caught in Brisbane, Australia.. since then sat on a shelf in my cabin on board our ship and travelled to East Timor, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and now Taiwan. All without any shore-leave, poor book!
I don't think I will get to read it (too much on the TBR pile), so hopefully this book will go ashore in Hong Kong next month and find a new reader!
