TV 2000 is an interesting mix of science fiction short stories from the 1950s through the 1970s. They are divided up by topic: The Control of TV, The Content of TV, and the Consequences of TV. Some stories treat TV as a gadget capable of remarkable things (like seeing into the past). Others see it as a tool of the government. Others worry about the potential of what we now call "reality TV." While I didn't enjoy every story there was enough of a mix to keep me intersted.
