I found the book to be very inteesting. It's a nice little history and sex lesson after which I feel like I now know a lot more trivia about sex. And it's very easy to read even for non-native speakers.

The book arrived safely! I don't know yet whether I dare reading it at the train when going to university ;-) But it's a perfect size for being read when you're on the way!
Edit, August 6th 2005: Well, I wouldn't have called it a "User's Guide" because it is more like a historical review, could call it "Sex Through the Ages" or something like that.
But there are a lot of funny and informative facts and anecdotes in it, and I enjoyed reading it.
Just a short citation: "...This in turn is the ancestor of the modern pencil, so etymological speaking, pencil actually means 'little penis', which is something to bear in mind next time you chew on one."

Thanks for squeezing me in the bookring-row...
From what I see this is a book that will be hugely entertaining, only my knowledge of the vocabulary concerning the animal species of this world requires the frequent use of dictionary during the first chapter.
FRom what I read til now, it sounds incredibly funny!
And... not to forget that point: educating... *g*

Sorry, forgot the journal entry...
the book has left me quite some time ago and should have arrived in Portugal already, but in my memory aome facts are still around...
I found it hugely amusing and often interesting, but sometimes really really disturbing *g*
Thanks, vaginapagina!

A fun and educational book. Deeply researched and full of small anecdotes about sex and sexuality throughout the ages.
It has some very usefull tips and at times it really turns into a user's guide.
Worth the reading.
Sent today (20.10.2005) to Tournesol73.
Tournesol73 confirmed that he has received the book (07.11.2005)
