Sneaky pie (with Rita Mae Brown's help) has another Crozet mystery to solve. You know, I don't think I'd move to this town... newcomers end up dead. Hmmmmm....

Well, this time there's a monastery with a statue of Mary crying tears of blood. And a monk dies frozen at her feet. And a slimy reporter is killed. Ann Mrs. Murphy has it all figured out long before the humans.

For those folling the series, important decisions are made. For one, Harry and Miranda both quit the post office, and we find out who had Charie Ashcroft's illigitimate child.
