I read this a long time ago and loved the local setting. The more you know about the Garnder Museum, the more interesting it is but a fun mystery no matter what.

Picked up at July Bookcrossing Meeting. Couldn't resist it considering it takes place in Boston at my favorite museum, the Gardner Museum. Looking forward to reading it! Thanks amyem!!
I found this book to be a light and enjoyable read. Some of the characters were a bit stereotypic, but the plot was interesting especially since it was written BEFORE the Gardner Museum experienced one of the most famous art heists in history! I particularly liked the scenes in and around Boston since I live here and have visited the Gardner Museum many times. I’m taking this to the Boston Bookcrossing meeting to release tonight, however, if no one takes it I think I will wild release it at the Gardner Museum. I think that would make a terrific themed release!

A "caught" this book in August 2006, but, for reasons that now elude me, did not register it then. So, as I am now about to release it in Texas, seems like I should make the provenance official.

This book is interesting in itself, a well-crafted mystery, but even more interesting to me in that I have toured the Gardner Museum a few times. I highly recommend it to you should you find yourself in Boston.
