Bought this at the English Orell Fuessli in Bahnhofstrasse - a "schnaeppchen" at just 29.90chf!
I quite enjoyed this book, but it didn't quite live up to its promise. I didn't feel that there was enough overall structure to the book - lots of chapters, lots of detail, but not a sense of theory.
Having said that I happily dipped in and out of the chapters. The early chapters on the start of the media and gossip, even from the time of the first printing press, was really interesting. Would suit someone who was deeply interested in the media. Will take this to London with me and leave it at one of the OBCZs.
