I already had numbers one to four in the series, so snapped this up when I saw it second hand today (edited to say I now have one - six!). I'm yet to read them all myself as the others are out on rings, but I'll get there eventually!

Will be heading out on a Ring shortly, whilst I wait for the rest of the series to return home.

Excellent book - like all the others yet still finding new things to say> I really like this series of books. I am awaiting the address for Drusillamac and then the book will be on its way.
Thanks Kleptokitty

Caught this in the post this morning. I'm really enjoying this series of books. Thanks to Kleptokitty and MarianFrench for sharing :-)

Journal Entry 6 by Drusillamac from Glasgow, Scotland United Kingdom on Monday, August 1, 2005
Once again I love this series of books. I found this book concentrated more on the actual characters than the case involved. It's good to see characters being developed away from Mma Ramotswe such as Mma Makutsi and more of Mr J.L.B. Matekoni.

Shall be passed onto Hawkette.

Journal Entry 7 by Drusillamac from Glasgow, Scotland United Kingdom on Thursday, August 4, 2005
This book is being posted out to Hawkette today.

Journal Entry 8 by Hawkette from Sydney CBD, New South Wales Australia on Tuesday, August 9, 2005
Has arrived with me in London! Have read the series up to this one, and so am much looking forward to the next installment of Botswana life!

Journal Entry 9 by Hawkette from Sydney CBD, New South Wales Australia on Monday, November 21, 2005
Another oh-so-cute installment of our favourite detective in Botswana. But this isn't the end, is it??

Quirky happenings, and tidbits of advice sprinkles through the lives of Mma Ramotswe, J.L.B., and company. Very enjoyable!

Will be sending on once I get an address down the line!!

Journal Entry 10 by Flicki from Aurich, Niedersachsen Germany on Thursday, December 15, 2005
Received this a few days ago - thanks a lot for sending! (And sorry for not having put any journal entry any earlier!) I really enjoyed the rest of the series, so I hope I'll get around to this one soon!

Journal Entry 11 by Flicki from Aurich, Niedersachsen Germany on Thursday, February 23, 2006
Finally managed to get through this one one of these days. The book is just as great as the other ones - although I have to admit that to me the series slowly gets a bit boring now. I still have the next book in line here, though. Anyway, thanks for sharing, I'll send this on to the next person in line some time this weekend! Sorry for keeping it for so long - I have soooo little time to read these days, it's terrible! :-(

Journal Entry 12 by nocton4 from Lincoln, Lincolnshire United Kingdom on Sunday, April 23, 2006
Loved it, just as wonderful as always. These characters are so real to me, good friends.
Great easy, nothing much happening storylines but so full of life, love, friendship and community.
Thanks for sharing round, will send on to the next person.

Lovely, as usual. The perfect book at the moment when I seem to have too little time to settle into anything more testing!

Off to Laura0141.

Ooops! Somehow Magika missed out on this one so I´m posting it off to her today ...

Journal Entry 19 by Magika on Tuesday, November 14, 2006
Arrived yesterday, thank you Kleptokitty. Just the break I need from writing assignments.

Journal Entry 20 by Magika on Thursday, November 30, 2006
Nice, cosy read - as these books always are. It somewhat changed my view on Mma Potokwani though (poor Mr. J.L.B. Matekoni!). I was very happy for Mma Makutsi and her new "house", and the end was really sweet. Thanks for sharing, Kleptokitty!

05.12.06: Posted just before the weekend.

Currently with Chele, a yet to be converted non-BC friend. She enjoyed No 1 Ladies Detective Agency so I´ve loaned her the rest of the series.
