I don't know why, but I like to read "junk food" and eat it sometimes when I need a pick-me-up! These books are so easy to read, and always resolve themselves in a certain number of pages :) I liked this one, covering three of Daniel's grandsons: D.C., Duncan, and Ian. I liked that the girls didn't just roll over and play dead for these guys, either :)
This is still pretty standard-issue Roberts, but an enjoyable, light read.

I agree on the reading "junk food", but have to confess that I could rarely read romances when younger. I loved them, but had to really work up mentally to them when I was single and afraid I'd never find anyone to be with. I told the husband that was another good side affect of marriage, I could read romances all the time now and just enjoy the heck out of them, rather than be depressed that I didn't have anyone! *giggle*
Thanks again, Ant, yer the best! *smooch*
