flamboyant Oskar Schindler is transformed through the course of the war from playboy industrialist to playboy industrialist saviour of the oppressed.

Only one of the many people who saved the lives of those victimised and targeted in WW2, but his story is told here.

All the more enjoyable, as he is not lionised into some kind of 'angel of mercy', despite what the dust jacket says.
