OK book, probably a bit 80's.

The book I found was "125 Ways to Safe and Effective Aerobics" written by Williams Cochrane Donovan Borushek. We were out on our morning walk passing St Clement's Church, Yass when my eagle-eyed hubby noticed the book on a tree stump. He picked it up and declared that it was a free book! We had a chuckle on the way home and wondered if it was a drug pick-up and whether the Police would be on our doorstep as we arrived home. Over coffee we discovered the "bookcrossing" label and I was delighted to find the book was a cousin to one I have on my kitchen bookshelf "The complete diet manual for Aust. weight watchers" written by Allan Borushek. I bought this book in 1979 and I always have my nose in it! I plan to read the book carefully and release it into the wild when I can bear to part with it. Thanks for leaving it whoever you are!
