This arrived today. I just wanted to let everyone know. I popped it open and the selection looks pretty good, but I am on my way out the door, so I will journal more later after I have a chance to go through it more throughly.
Thanks

Okay, I have taken out 5 books and added 5 books. I almost took 6, but I had read the sixth already before BC, so I used its appearance in the bookbox to journal it, state my wonderful opinion of it, and then rerelease it to the box.
I really enjoyed it. Some great books are in there. I hope the books I added will end up in the hands of someone who likes them just as I did. This was a great box Judester. Thanks to you and all those who contributed before me. "Enjoy" to all that that come after.
I have the next participants address and will sending the book out within the next few days.

This arrived home today and I was SO excited to get a look inside. So many great choices ... I'll make the ones I've read available immediately and release a few more the next time I go to my favorite coffee shop. And I wanted my bookbox participants to be among my first bookcrossing friends to know .. that since sending the box off my husband and I found out we are expecting our first child in March. We couldn't be happier! Since my participants were of all ages and with children and without .. I thought I'd share our upcoming changes with you all :)

I picked this up from the post office this evening. I'll have time to really dig through all the beautiful books tomorrow evening and will probably be able to post the box on by the end of the week. I've PMed Katiesmama for her address so I can keep the box moving.

Thanks for including me Judester!

I'm sorry I've kept this box so long. I was selected for jury duty and haven't been able to make it to a post office for over a week. I'll mail the box to Katiesmama tomorrow morning, since the trial doesn't reconvene until 11am tomorrow.

Bookbox has arrived safe and sound. What a great box of books!!! I dug in right away, found four immediately....two I've been dying to read, one I've already read but loved it so much I want to re-read and one brand new, never heard of it before, can't wait to see how I like this author. I've got the four picked out to replace them with plus an extra little surprise. I'll PM Indygo88 for her address and this box will be on its way next Saturday (first chance I'll have of getting to post office.) Thanks, Judester so much for this. I love the journal too; great idea.

Journal Entry 23 by indygo88 from Lafayette, Indiana USA on Wednesday, August 30, 2006
I've been waiting rather impatiently for this bookbox to arrive. So excited to see it on my porch today!!! Nothing like receiving a book or a few in the mail, but a whole box full is just AWESOME!!!! I let my daughter help me quickly peruse the books earlier this evening (she's 2, and was into stacking them tonight), and I'll take a much closer look within the next day or two. I'm going to PM the next person on the list right now and will hopefully get this box back out before the Labor Day weekend!

Journal Entry 24 by indygo88 from Lafayette, Indiana USA on Saturday, September 2, 2006
Sent back out today to Dnsvm. I took out 3 & replaced with 3. The box has seen better days -- ha! I think it'll likely need to be replaced after this trip. I think just the tape on the box (both from me & from those before me) probably added another couple pounds! LOL! So travel well, box of books! Thanks to all! :')

Journal Entry 25 by dnsvm from Longmont, Colorado USA on Tuesday, September 5, 2006
I received the box today and it is really interesting to see what is in it! I LOVE the journal that is travelling with the box---what a great glimpse into the lives of other bookcrossers! I will have this ready to send to the next person ASAP! And yup---I am looking for a new box! :)

I received the bookbox in the mail today. It was a nice treat since I only got two books for Christmas (though I did get many book store gift certificates). Now I can save those for a rainier day and find a few new books from the box to read in the meantime. Looks like a great selection!

Journal Entry 38 by Judester from Dallas, Texas USA on Thursday, January 4, 2007
ITS HOME! The bookbox arrived today filled with wonderful books and the journal so wonderfully written. And ironically it was book club night so I dragged the box with me and everyone ohhh'd and ahhh'd over all the books. Thank you, thank you to everyone who participated on the this round. It is so awesome!
