1/18/18 Written in 2000, this book may be a little dated. So much has occurred during the past couple decades that has a real impact on kids - social media, cell phone use, etc. The internet is only briefly mentioned. I'll admit, I just glanced through it. I meant to read this when my kids were growing up, but never got around to it. They are adults now, so I'll pass this book along.
