The Best of all bears... ...the one-and-only, ever-endearing Winnie-the-Pooh shares adventures with Christopher Robin and the gang in an utterly captivating retelling of the classic story with special songs by Pooh's creator A. A. Milne! "In her usual zany style, Carol Channing reads from Winnie-the-Pooh, differentiating the characters' voices with various kinds of British accents in an interpretation that accentuates the humor of the text. The lively catchy songs add still more flavor to a marvelous recording." Horn Book Magazine Stories include: In Which We Are Introduced to Winnie-the-Pooh and Some Bees, and the Stories Begin In Which Pooh Goes Visiting and Gets Into A Tight Place In Which Eeyore Loses a Tail and Pooh Finds One In Which Piglet Meets a Heffalump Presented on One Audio Cassette Tape (56 Minutes)

These are always good stories. Read well. Songs are good too. I have always tried to sing those songs to myself when I have read the stories but they never came out right. It was nice to hear them from someone who can actually sing. :)
