Wow, I am now officially bookcrossing addicted. This book is part of a collection of 100 brand new books I received from AFS friends in Maryborough on Sunday 13th February – how lucky am I! I am slowly registering these books, some of which will be put on Mt TBR before being released into the wild over time.

This book is being added to the Aussie General Bookbag #4 - a RABCK to dolphin-au who asked for it when I was offering RABCK's in celebration of my 300th registration. He was too late - but one should never say too late - cause here it is. ENJOY!

Thanks Meganh. I knew I had read about this book before, but only when I read your entry I knew where. Thanks for remembering that I asked for this book. It looks interesting and I'll hopefully read it soon.

It has taken me more than a year, but finally I have come around to read this book. Bookcrossing has added too many books to my mount TBR. Hopefully I will get the number of books TBR under 300 before the start of the new year.
I quite enjoyed this book, although I was sometimes irritated by the number of times irrelevant trivia were added to the general line of the story. Also the author came back with the same statements repeatedly, but overall this book is quite interesting. I feel he steps over the dangers of (over-)consumption of sugar a bit easily and dismisses the reported dangers of sugar replacements a bit too lightly.
