WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
I'm leaving this one in the safety of my local Library, where I am sure it will find a warm welcome and a new home with a fellow bookworm... It will be out in the open somewhere so it can be easily found, instead of tucked in a shelf...
I have not read this one myself, but I hope that someone out there will enjoy it, I have heard many good reviews on Kathy Reichs...
Happy Reading!!

Got there Tuesday morning and the book was still there, on the shelf with books for sale by the library. Kathy Reichs is an author I've been wanting to try, so am looking forward to reading it.

Just letting you know I'm now a registered bookcrosser but have a high TBR pile.
Journal Entry 5 by AnonymousFriend from Wantirna South, Victoria Australia on Sunday, December 31, 2006
I'm working through my TBR pile and am so glad I finally read this book. Kathy Reichs is better than Patricia Cornwell although the books are of similar theme. I like te factual forensic info she includes. THis was her first book and forms the basis of the Bones TV series. I have already read Fatal Voyage and enjoyed it last year.
I also liked the Latvian connection: the dedication in her first novel, Déjà Dead, published in 1997 is “For Karl and Marta Reichs, the two kindest and most generous people I know. Paldies par jūsu mīlestību, Vecāmamma un Paps. Kārlis Reichs 1914-1996” Translation: Thank you for your love, Grandma and Pop.
Note 27 July 2014: This is one of the books that lost its release note, namely the one I made on 9 January 2007 when I left it at Kariong Emergency Op centre.
It is wonderful to see it resurrected and hope I will hear from it again.
