I hope you agree that this is a touching insight into the passionate & haunting universe of the undead - deeply moving & infinitely pointless.
It's been described as homoerotic fiction ... well, whether you believe in vampyres or not, the darkly beautiful intertwining lives of all the characters seems to transcend sexual identities and leaves you unthreatened by male contact but passionately disturbed by the absence of respect for human life.
Do vampyres exist ? Are the Immortalis Humana Nocturna of Missing Mile more plausible than the sunlight & garlic loathing, becloaked & fanged stereotypical blood drinkers ? I'd love to know what you thought about PZB's work.
