This is a very light, very funny collection of essays. Laurie Notaro is someone every woman can relate to, and somehow, at the same time, a rare, strange bird.

Just finished reading this one on my lunch hour. What a great read! This one had me laughing out loud on a couple of occasions. The Candy Apple Freak Show was hilarious! I can't wait to read her other books.

OOPS! Sorry, I actually received this book on March 28 - thought I'd journalled already until I came to look at the next person list to send it along! I've PM'd ekgv414 for an address - I finished the book earlier today and it's ready to go as soon as I hear back!

Funny book - good, quick, and entertaining read! Looking forward to the next.

Sadly, after a lot of anticipation, I just didn't really enjoy this book. It wasn't bad, I guess the humor just wasn't my style.
