Women Are from Venus, Men Are from Hell

11 journalers for this copy...
I thought this was a copy of 'women are from venus, men are from mars', which i have often thought of purchasing! This looks highly amusing, though.
A short snippet to get you in the mood;
"We had a lot in common; I loved him and he loved him." Shelley Winters.
I think this could make an excellent bookring of some kind once i have finished...
Cheers Secret Pal! The smell of delicious coffee wafted out from the box before i even opened it. I have a confession to make, the chocolates were irresitable, in that I couldn't resist trying one! Yum, yum...
Encore, merci beaucoup!

Behind every great man, there is a suprised woman (p.7)
This made me chuckle!

I've borrowed these rules from Zenita (who borrowed them from nmarshall88)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Here are the rules:
1. When you receive the book, make a journal entry so we all get the thrill of knowing where it's at.
2. Read the book, within 30 days, and make a journal entry to tell us what you have thought about the book. (The 30 days rule is a guide - if it's going to take longer don't worry, just let the next person know you're taking your time - thanks!) You can be as brief or as lengthy as you wish with your thoughts about the book.
If you tend to be a slow reader, like myself, please make a periodic journal entry indicating how far you are into the story, or thoughts about what you have read so far. This way we know that the book has not been forgotten in your ‘to-be-read’ pile.
3. Send a private message (PM) to the next person in line for their address. If they do not respond within three days, PM them again. If they do not respond within a week of your first message, PM the person after them and contact me.
4. When you are ready to send the book to the next person in line, make release notes/a journal entry to say when the book is leaving your hands and who'll be catching it next, and pop it into the post!
5. To the last person on the list: Do anything with this book, but please do not add it to a personal collection - so long as its being read by different people or being wild released, i don't mind at all!!
Thank you for participating!

3/25/05 update
Read and loved the quotes!! The quote that seems to apply best to my life at this point in time is:
"Any woman who still thinks marriage is a 50-50 proposition is only proving that she doesn't understand either men or percentages"
-- Florynce Kennedy
Passing alone to next person on list :)

Very cute so far... my co-worker and I are using it to rant. I'll be shipping it to the next reader in my next mailing. Thanks for sharing!
Cute, not as provocative as I had expected. I did like a few lines, though.
"This bugs me the worst. That's when the husband thinks that the wife knows where everything is, huh? Like they think the uterus is a tracking device. He comes in" 'Hey, Roseanne! Roseanne! Do we have any Cheetos left?' Like he can't go over and lift up that sofa cushion himself." -- Roseanne (I'd heard this one before)
Most men don't do laundry because washing machines don't come with remote controls. -- TV ad
"Ginger Rogers did everything that Fred Astaire did. She just did it backwards and in high heels." -- Faith Whittlesey, Linda Elelrbee or Ann Richards
"To get a man's attention, just stand in front of the TV and don't move. He'll talk to you. I promise." -- Tim Allen
"A lot of guys think the larger a woman's breasts are, the less intelligent she is. I don't think it works like that. I think it's the opposite. I think the larger a woman's breasts are, the less intelligent the men become." -- Anita Wise
Why do so many women fake orgasm? Because so many men fake foreplay. -- Anonymous

I really liked this book! Some of the quotes were dead on. This book was a short, quick read which could easily be read along with another book.
I caught this book from my best friend and plan to pass it on after I have finished it.
