Synopsis
Friends - and enemies - reunited! They say your school days are the best days of your life and Tracey Mortimer would agree. Sixteen years ago she ruled! She was the most popular girl in school, had her own gang and was dating the cutest guy in her year. Now she's 32, stuck in a dull marriage that's only tolerable because her philandering builder husband is rarely at home. And though Tracey loves her two kids, a daily diet of alphabetti spaghetti and the Tweenies, isn't exactly thrilling...Then Tracey spots an ad from a TV company wanting to make a reality-style show on a perfect school reunion. She jumps at the chance to relive the 'good old days'. Only some of Tracey's classmates don't remember their schooldays as fondly...Suzanne Sharp is more interested in revenge than a reunion. Tracey made her teenage years a misery and what better way to lay the past to rest than to get payback on national television. Especially as there are a few old school secrets that Tracey probably wouldn't want broadcast on national TV, not least of which is Tracey's affair with her old form tutor...

I enjoyed this book. Especially the idea that other people remember things completely differently from you and that actions have a certain impact on your life. I got to like Tracy as you get further in the book and realise that things have not been all roses for her either. Thanks for sharing.
I've got Bokwormy's addy and will post it on Monday

Arrived safe and sound. I have 4 bookrings before this one! Yikes! Not to worry. I'll keep it moving. Thank you!
I just can't get into this book. I like the idea, but the way its jumping around is frustrating me. I can't keep track of the characters and from whose point of view I'm listening to. Sigh. :( I'll be sending this on to its next stop in sunny Florida next week. Thank you for the opportunity to read it.
book is here, and will be read as soon as I finish the two in front of it. Thanks.
I've tried to get into this book and I just cannot. I have PMed well-chilled for an address, as soon as I get it I will get the book on its way.
Thanks for sharing.

Got it. Will send for the next addresss as it was a fairly quick read. Had a hard time getting into it, never the less wanted to see how it turned out. Didn't like Tracey. Felt bad for her in places, but still didn't like her. The jumping from one character to the next was a bit harsh, no warning b/c it wasn't a steady every break was a new character, no heads up that it had switched. Glad she came around with out a fairy tale ending. Will send it on when I get the next address. ~well-chilled

I thought the idea of the book was good, but I don't think it was particularly well written, and I couldn't really get into it. I agree that the change of point of view was confusing - if an author is going to jump around like that, then they have to be good at it, and Kate Harrison wasn't.
I didn't like Tracey and I was waiting for her to get her comeuppance throughout the book, so I couldn't really sympathise with her.
It's now on its way to allbookedup.

Well I finished the book last night and I think it was OK, but nothing special. I did not like Tracey very much and I think she really wasn't a good mother. The story around this TV programme about the reunion was a bit unrealistic. Not a bad idea, but it could have been written funnier. I've read better and funnier "chick lit" books...
Sending the book on to inver tomorrow. Thanks for sharing!

Arrived. Bit of mixed reactions to this book. See how I get on with it. Will be the next to read after present bookring read.
19/7/07 Can't say I am enjoying this book. Could be one I give up on I think.

Nope sorry....tried to get into this book but just didn''t like the way it was written and the characters were annoying me. Have given up with it I''m afraid.
