I am SO excited about reading this book! I may decide to open it up for a ring or ray, but since my luck has been horrible with those, maybe not!

I had read such amazing reviews of this memoir of Alison Smith's life shortly after the unexpected death of her brother Ray - they were so close [supposedly] that Mom called them AlRay. I admit, I also wanted to read it for the 'shocking and forbidden' relationship that she would then have.

it didn't move me as much as I thought it would. Good, but not stunning. and not enough about her life now - I know it's a 'then' memoir, but what makes her who she is now? and who is she?
