Congratulations on the new angel 9moons!!

I love Gabriel Garcia Marquez. He is fantastic.

This book happened to be on 9moons' wishlist and I thought it was the most appropriate book to wish her the best with the new addition to the family!

Looking forward to meeting the new BCer when she's ready to attend a meetup ;)

Hugs

Thank you all very much for your thoughts and wishes, and especially for the great book, which I have been meaning to read for ages (not quite 100 years, but a long time nonetheless!).
I'll journal again when I finish it.
Cheers,
Vesna.

Thanks so much guys - I loved this book, LOVED it! It was like reading in colours!
I wished it would never end. I just love the whole 'magic realism' genre.
Now I want to go back and read "Love in the Time of Cholera" again (if Mt TBR wasn't almost to my bedroom ceiling...).

I'm keeping this one in my permanent collection, but if anyone wants to borrow it, let me know.

p.s. I just realised that I was gifted "Aunt Julia & the Scriptwriter" (Mario Vargas Llosa) when my first child was born. I smell a theme here... ;)
