This is the first book that I've read by Terry Pratchett. A lot of people say you should read all the diskworld books in order, but let me clue you, this book stands by itself. It's a good chuckle when waiting in a dreary airport for a long overdue plane. And even outside an airport, it's fun.
I live in Laos, but I'm here in Cambodia for a meeting, where I'll be releasing to spread the joy!

What luck that this was released while I as visiting PP! I always have the Release Alerts on for PP, since living here 2 years ago, just to see what activity is here.
And so cool to catch a book from someone from Phonsavanh in Laos - I have visited there before!
I have been looking forward to reading a Pratchett book for some time - looks like this one has come along just at the right time!

Pratchett is very funny! An amusing look at life, and it`s oddities!
Do you think Pratchett was lining up at the Post Office one day, and the idea for this book came to him? Or did he just have mail go missing?!
Moist is quite a likable and funny character. Self mocking and dry wit - a great and unlikely hero!

My son, Javier picked it up in Tokyo at ryokan kangetsu, he thought it was a great book, and he gave it to me at Maiquetia airport in Caracas, Venezuela about a month ago as I was leaving for Peru.

My son gave it to me in a waiting room at Maiquetia airport. It was the first book I read by Terry Pratchett, and even if it was a bit hard at first I truly enjoyed it, and I laughed out loud on many occasions.
After I was done I released it at Lima international airport in Peru.
