I'm still reeling at how much this cost me, considering it was a charity shop find. Gone are the days when charity shop books were 10p a throw!

Anyway, I shouldn't complain as this is a gorgeous hardback and I think it's Harlan Coben's latest too. It's intended for my best mate's birthday pressie, but I'm relying on her to let me have a read of it :-)

What a lovely surprise!!!! Been on my wishlist for a while so to get a copy of this - a hardback copy!!!!! - is a real treat!!! And of course I'll let KleptoKitty have a read of it, probably before I get round to it!

And I'm touched ast being described as "best mate" :0)

9 out of 10

Grace Lawson has the perfect life with her husband Jack and their two children - until the day she finds an old photo - a picture of her husband from years ago - in a packet of snaps she's just had developed. Jack goes missing and Grace and her family are now at the mercy of a ruthless, psychopathic hitman. Sometimes there are things in the past that just don't want to be buried ....

This was a fantastic read with so many twists it was hard to keep up at times!

Thanks so much for this, Kleptokitty - do you want to borrow it now?!

Fabulous! I really, really enjoyed this. The twists and turns came thick & fast, right through till the last pages.

I've realised that I enjoy Harlan Coben's 'stand alone' books better than the Myron Bolitar ones now that I've read a few of each.

Passing this back to Chelseagirl next time I see her.
