Another Kinsey Millhone book bought in honor of my good friend antof9. Will read it [again] and send it to her in CO.
Sent this off to antof9. enjoy it, antie!
YAY! Mailcall :) Thanks, Blue! I'm slowly but surely acquiring the alphabet :)
Here is the link to "A", where I'm keeping the list of books I have, for my own recordkeeping purposes.
I have two more bookring books to wade through, and then I think I'm starting the "alphabet". Looking forward to it!

Considering that the most recent book I read in this series was G is for Gumshoe, and I'm reading them in order, I sincerely hope I can remember enough about this book to write a journal entry!
OK -- that's all I got written on the journal entry. Started about 10 hours ago and never did finish! Must go to bed. More later :)
Ok, I'm back -- it's Saturday the 29th, and I don't have much to say. Except that now that I've already made it through to "G", I can say that so far, this was probably my least favorite.
I thought the girl/hooker walking with the dead guy was pretty obvious, and couldn't believe no one figured that out earlier in the book. And maybe it was just me, but all the couples and brothers and sisters confused me in this one. Maybe it was just too big a cast of characters, but I kept finding myself thinking, "now which one is this?" And then I lost the whole trying-to-figure-it-out-myself interest, which made it a book I just wanted to finish.
The ending in this one was surprisingly disturbing, and that's saying a lot, considering she's almost always half-dead or blown up by the end of each book (resulting in PT in the beginning of the next one).
Oh well, I'm still glad I got to read it, because it got me to "E"!
Thanks, Blue!
